A Ray of Light

It's a common belief that filmmaking is a male-dominated industry, and the fact that there is not a single woman gaffer working in the Indian film industry currently is a clear indication of this. However, this is a story of hope. Initiatives like the Undercurrent Lab— founded by Richa Chadha, Shuchi Talati and Tanya Negi—and Light N Light are trying to change the narrative.  This film explores the commendable efforts that are being put into achieving that goal.
